Alhena biography
ALHENA is a Progressive Metal band formed in Bydgoszcz, Poland in 2010 after Piotr KOWALSKI, Tomasz BOGULSKI, Piotr GRUGEL and Robert PUK all left previous bands in order to make their own music. These musicians worked together to form a band, and in 2011, they released an EP and, after some great response from local critics and audiences alike, they decided to work seriously on putting together a full album.

After several line-up changes, the band is feeling much more stable and in 2017, they currently record and tour with the following line up: Marta BEJMA (vocals), Piotr PRYKA (keyboards), Tomasz BOGULSKI (guitars), Piotr GRUGEL (drums) and Patryk DURKO (bass).

The music is a heavy, gothic style of progressive metal along the same lines as WITHIN TEMPTATION, EPICA, RIVERSIDE, and THE GATHERING.
