Forstenet biography
FORSTENET was originally founded by four brothers and their father in 2018. This progressive metal band comes from Denmark and consists of Lauritz ANDERSON (guitars, vocals), Lasse Solling MADSEN (guitars), Troels MATIESEN (keyboards, bass trombone), Morten Gustav EIDE (bass) and Emil Deleuran POULSEN (drums). They released their debut album "Ephemeros: Virvar" on November 29, 2019.

Their music is a unique progressive metal sound that brings together the heavy and the soft. The musicians are not afraid to tap into their individual creativity or experiment with the genre. They cite their influences as Frank ZAPPA, OPETH, THE MARS VOLTA, PORCUPINE TREE, VOIVOD, BLACK SABBATH and STEPPEULVENE.
