Renk biography
founded 2013 in Ankara, Turkey

RENK have played their own original songs from the very start. They released a single 'Sonsuz Karmasa' in 2016, which provided them an opportunity to introduce themselves to the music industry. The same year, the band made its international debut in Gdansk, Poland after touring the metropolitan cities of Turkey including Ankara, Istanbul, Eskisehir and Antalya.

Their latest album 'Kiyi', released in 2020, shines as a concept work and deals with the story of a man living in a painting, and his adventures as he breaks the painting and starts to wander around. The songs are a blend of melancholic and aggressive compositions with psychedelic elements. The album was recorded by Anil Kahvecioglu (guitar, vocals), Mustafa Kemal Turkeri (bass), Gokhan Sensonmez (guitar) and Bulut Gor (drums).
