Regarde Les Hommes Tomber are a blackened atmospheric sludge metal band from Nantes, France, formed in 2011. Named after an Jacques Audiard film, the quintet describe themselves as a conceptual band detailing the fall of the men who are rejected and tortured by God despite their devotion and their love for the divine. Regarde les Hommes Tomber began as the project of ex-Die Die Die members Jean-Jérôme Souladié (guitars), Antoine Batal (bass) and Romain Richard (drums), featuring vocalist Ulrich Wegrich (aka Dagoth; of Otargos and Blóð) and the mononymous Antoine on guitars.

The group signed to Les Acteurs de l'Ombre Productions, who released their first two records, beginning with their self-titled 2013 full-length. While the debut was a singular affair entirely composed by Souladié, their 2015 sophomore Exile was a collaborative process featuring the entire band, with Wegrich now replaced by the vocalist known only as Thomas. After extensive touring for Exile, Regarde les Hommes Tomber took time off to recuperate before beginning to write their third LP in early 2018. Now signed to Season of Mist, the group released their most extreme work yet, Ascension, in early 2020.

Regarde les Hommes Tomber's post-black metal sound draws parallels to Celeste, Year of No Light, Au-Dessus, Time to Burn, the Great Old Ones and Déluge.
