Somewhere biography
Somewhere was founded in Stockholm in 2008 by guitarist Fredrik CERHA and singer John THELIN, out of an interest in progressive rock music from the 70s.

Ideas from jam sessions and personal contributions were soon arranged into larger compositions that are expected to be released on the groups debut album during 2021.

The group has performed live in the Stockholm region and will do so again after the release of the album. Over the years, a wealth of material has been written, enough for several records, so there is more to come!


The Swedish band Somewhere plays classic prog rock and draws inspiration from the style-forming progressive bands from the genre's golden seventies: KING CRIMSON, YES, GENESIS, and EMERSON, LAKE & PALMER. Their first album "Bridges" was released April 11, 2025.
