Eskape biography
Not much is known about this neo progressive band from Germany. It seems as though their time together was over before it began. 1995 was THE year for Eskape as they released two albums: The Serpent and Sharp Bends Sudden Crests. Ironic title for the latter being that there were sharp bends, but crests were nowhere to be found with this band.

Eskape consisted of Sylvia Baehr on vocals, Stefan Glomb on guitar, Philipp Jaehne on keyboards, Martin Lengsfeldon percussion and Gulla on bass. Very little funding from the record company meant a body of work that sounded more like demos than anything.

Eskape broke up, but Glomb, Jaehne and Lengsfeld went on to form Poor Genetic Material, who has enjoyed a loyal following and numerous albums since 1999.
