Shelter Red biography
Based in Portland, Oregon, SHELTER RED started getting attention after the release of their self-titled demo back in 2002.

Since that time the band has given many concerts; and although no information is given at their website one might assume that they are helped out when playing live, as the band as such have been a duo from 2002 until present, consisting of guitarist and drummer Stephan Hawkes and bass player Austin Crooks.

In 2005 SHELTER RED released their debut album "Masters of the Universe", which was re-released when the band signed to record label Sound vs Silence in 2007.

Currently the band is an active live unit, and have also planned to start recording a 7 track EP in 2008.
