Theory Of One biography
THEORY OF ONE is an instrumental progressive metal band from Encinitas, California. The band consists of Paul McPherson (drums/percussion), Ed Wade (guitar), Adam Comstock (guitar), and Erich Skoor (bass).

They self financed and released their debut album "Antithesis" in 2004 and last known reports from May of 2007 mixing an EP "The Power of Fire."

WHY THIS BAND IS INCLUDED IN THE ARCHIVES:

THEORY OF ONE's debut album "Antithesis" highlights the bands experimental style and ethereal sound. They present hard driving songs like "System" and "Metal Slug" to the mellow, hypnotic sounds of "Call it in the Air" and "Pink Pajamas." They have a heavy rock influence with some avant-garde metal overtones. They were approved by the Prog Metal Team and are highly recommended.
