THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SKY is a post metal band from Daytona Beach, Florida formed in early 2002 by Michael Brown (guitar), Paul Weeks (vocals, guitar), Tommy Guilmette (bass, microkorg) and Justin Lauer (6 string bass). In 2003, they added a second bass player Cory Stegall.

The band self released a self titled EP in 2003 and their debut album "Heritage" in 2004.

In 2005, they released their sophomore album "Rorschach" on Retribute Records.

The band is currently on a temporary hiatus, but is promised to return.
