THE ARKITECHT is a one man band from Mexico formed in 2005 after Zeitgeist disbanded and consists just of Genaro Ochoa (all instruments) and several session musicians.

In 2008 THE ARKITECHT released "Hyperstructure" as an independent release and features session musicians Dante Díaz and Alvaro Lamadrid on vocals, Cesar Huesca on guitar and Lila Nieto who wrote the lyrics.

According to the band's myspace THE ARKITECHT influences range from Porcupine Tree, Pain of Salvation, Symphony X, Dream Theater, Pink Floyd, Opeth, Textures, Pantera, etc.
