Petrograd In Transit biography
PETROGRAD IN TRANSIT is a instrumental post-rock band from St. Petersburg, FL. The band was formed by Brian Steele in early 2007 as a solo instrumental project. The current line-up solidified in March 2008.

They play highly melodic, layered instrumentals with a unique emphasis on keyboards. PETROGRAD IN TRANSIT is Brian Steele (guitar), Doug Nelson (bass), Josh Harrington (keyboards & samples), Ted Flynn (guitar) and Josh Perrotto (drums).

Their debut EP "Lifesize Balloon Animals" was released in 2008 by Wise Owl Records, a label that legitimately distributes entire albums for free at wiseowlrecords.com. PETROGRAD IN TRANSIT are in the process of recording new songs for a full-length to be released in 2009.
