NAAMAH

Naamah biography
NAAMAH are a progressive/ goth metal act formed in 1996 in Warsaw, Poland. The band was founded by Adam Kaliszewski and Michal Owczarczyk using the name MELANKOLIA. After band co-founder Michal Owczarczyk left in 1998 the band changed their name to NAAMAH. NAAMAH released their self-titled debut full-length studio album in September 2000. Their second full-length album "Ultima" was released in 2003. While their debut was a self-released affair, "Ultima" was released by Metal Mind Records. This would also be the case with their third full-length studio album "Resensement" which was released in 2004. NAAMAH co-founder Adam Kaliszewski left the band in March 2005 which resulted in a year long break for the band. NAAMAH decided to continue with only one guitarist though and are currently working on material for their next album.

The inclusion of NAAMAH to the Prog Archives database was approved by the Progressive Metal Team.
