User Ne biography
USER NE are a Spanish experimental/ progressive metal act formed in 1996 in Málaga, Andalusia. The band was formed by bassist Hils Ver IIIº who had a vision of creating a band that would fuse epic literature and extreme metal. He enlisted two vocalists to the project: Bossu Morbious and Xalen D Kharnash. USER NE´s music evolves around folklore and fantasy.

The band released their debut full-length studio album "Nibelum Das Uhört" in 1999. The second full-length studio album "Tarantos" followed in February 2003. USER NE released their third full-length album "Atropa Natura" in 2006. The band split-up in September 2008.

USER NE´s music could be placed in all three Progressive Metal subs as it holds elements from all genres but have been placed in Experimental/ Post Metal because of the eclectic experimental nature of the music.

The inclusion of USER NE to the Prog Archives database was approved by the Progressive Metal Team.
