Sibelius biography
Venezuelan project SIBELIUS was formed in 2004, originally as the creative vehicle of guitarist Philipp Scheer, a violinist that switched to the guitar following an injury that stopped a possible career as a violinist dead in it's tracks.

After some time composer and multi-instrumentalist Jorge Rojas is invited to join the project, and for the next few years the duo write and record material. Following a trip to Los Angeles to get the final mix and production sorted, Sibelius' debut effort Rebellion is released in 2008, a production whose general theme is to integrate classical music with rock, with the guitar providing the textures of the violin.

A second production, Classical Tendencies, is set for release in October 2010.
