Deadhorse biography
DEADHORSE is a post rock/instrumental band out of Erie, PA formed in August of 2009. Originally created to support Brian Morgante's solo project with a full band, Deadhorse rose into the underground indie scene. Over time, Deadhorse's sound became fully instrumental. The Deadhorse lineup has cycled through many members since it began, but with the addition of a permanent drummer, the modern lineup consists of Brian Morgante (Guitars), Seth Young (Guitars), Rachel Shesman (Keyboards), Michael Messenger (Bass) and Garrett Janos (Drums and Percussion).

The band released their full length debut album on June 18th, 2010 named We Can Create Our Own World. This is one of the most ambitious post rock releases of 2010; definitely worth a listen. Recommended for fans of GODSPEED YOU!BLACK EMPEROR, THIS WILL DESTROY YOU and MONO.

Thanks to Joe Dorsey (pianoman) for the biography.
