Nine Books biography
Hungarian project NINE BOOKS was formed by veteran musicians Bertalan Hirleman and Jozsef Vedres, the duo perhaps best known for their tenures in Hungarian band Bikini. They had been discussing back and forth the idea of forming a progressive rock band for a few years, both of them intrigued by the notion of creating music of this variety. Eventually they settled for a project rather than a band, as finding right minded available musicians turned out to be difficult. Although after scoring some initial demos, it became clear that they were in need of a vocalist, hence the involvement of Attila Talan.

If Nine Books will be an ongoing project or a one off production isn't clear at the time of writing. The mere production and release of the CD is the fulfilment of a dream for the instigators, and the relative success of it and future available time will be the most important factors in deciding whether or not any future albums will be forthcoming.
