Ganger biography
GANGER were a Post-Rock group formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1995. They were heavily influenced by Krautrock like other bands including TORTOISE and CUL DE SAC. Originally they started out with two bassists and two drummers. Some of the later members had no Krautrock influences, which resulted in a slight change of sound. They released eight EPs and three albums before disbanding in 2000. Like other early groups who were labelled post-rock the members of GANGER do not like the term. For fans of Krautrock influenced Post-Rock.
