Mind biography
US act MIND was formed back in 2008 when Michael Greene (vocals, keyboards) hooked up with Kevin Jenkins (drums) thanks to an ad in Craigslist. Initially setting up a cover tunes band, they soon realized that they both desired to work with their own material rather than performing the works of others.
With that vision crystalized, Cal Jackson (guitars) and Matt Karner (bass) soon joined the ranks, and when it was time to hit the studio Grekim Jennings helped out with the technical tasks as well as adding some additional instrumental details. Mind's debut album Structure was released in 2012, a production exploring a sound the band themselves describe as progedelic.
