Grey Lotus biography
Dutch band GREY LOTUS was formed by multi-instrumentalist Daan Arisz and vocalist Joost Verhagen back in 2008, initially as a studio based side project for the twosome where they could explore material not suitable in their main band Sinister Delerium but taking the shape of a more permanent venture when the latter disbanded.

2010 saw Grey Lotus release a string of productions, and with new vocalist and guitarist Martijn Scholte contributing to most of them and all of their productions released the following year. Scholte left Grey Lotus in the beginning of 2012. And while no new material has been forthcoming from the the band since then, they have been an active live unit throughout 2012.
