Tulsa Drone biography
US band TULSA DRONE was formd in 2001 by Peter Neff and Erik Grotz, soon after joined by Jim Thomson and Scott Hudgins, with Jim Chandler completing the line-up when he joined in 2004. The band released their debut album "No Wake" later the same year. Thomson left the band sometime after this, replaced by Kevin Cornell. This second version of the band recorded and released "Songs From a Mean Season" in 2007. Bobby Donne replaced Chandler in 2008, but apart from a single track from a planned future EP or album featured on the band's Bandcamp page he doesn't feature on any recordings.

Tulsa Drone's take on post rock have earned them comparisons to artists such as Mogwai and Dirty Three.
