FROMABOVEINTHEMOUNTAIN is a post rock ambient group from Algeciras formed by musician Juan QUERO CADIZ in 2008. Starting of as his small personal project, the music succeeded in making enough of an impact to validate for a name change from 'Desde arriba, en la Montana' to English version FROMABOVEINTHEMOUNTAIN for the audience in the United States. The band has been steadily releasing albums since then and has signed to Zulo Records label. Recommended to fans of post rock and shoegaze music, influenced by artists like THIS WILL DESTROY YOU, HAMMOCK or GREGOR SAMSA for example.
