2 stars "Partly dung ...But in stereo"? This band's approach with conventional rock-trio enriched with flute and keyboard pleased me as a concept, but I admit my expectations were not completelly fulfilled when inspectin this curious little album. Dominantly the organ sounds and composition's melodic idioms brought to my mind associations of Erlkoening's sinqular album, being light, clear and leaning mostly to simple variations of traditional common people's musical rejoicements. I quess my own anticipations were directed towards material similar to Cosmic Jokers, Ash Ra Tempel, Rufus Zuphall and such more magickally loaded heavier material ? again I see myself locked up inside to trap of my own mind. These rustic and symphonic rock constructions progress on the pathway of musician's free inspiration clearly. From imaginative part I believe the album does not totally relate with it's title, but there doesn't seem to be very strong spiritual depth on the focus. Most adventurous instrumental sequences I believe occuring on song "Blues 2". There are not also very much post-productional tricks nor variations on the intruments sounds, allowing some convincing and direct elevator music for bohemian hotels been conjured to the Air. A symphatetic record, but maybe not directing to essence of my own musical meditative urges. However I believe there is always roomfor harmless humor in our troubled world in all harmless forms, this album locating to such sector on my own thinking.
