RUSSIAN CIRCLES

That EP prevented me from disappointing in whole genre. RUSSIAN CIRCLES remind me of fellow Russian Proggers INFRONT, who sound the same way beautiful - half-Post- Rock, half-Metal...and a third half of Magic ;)

OK, to be short - imagine TOOL mixed with MOGWAI. But throw away these meaningless noises and long sampled interludes Post-Rock has been always proud of. This is pure Music - not even that much Psychedelic; concise and short as one might think, but it's extremely well. I give 4 stars only because it's a bit short - 27 minutes - and I'm looking forward to recieve a full RUSSIAN CIRCLES album.

I'm feeling deep appreciation towards these guys and their music - maybe due to their name? ;) Anyway, highly recommended for Art-Rock, Post-Rock and Instrumental Guitar Rock fans.
