Peto
3 stars Ursiny´s only double album, with a radically changed line up (a new rhytm section) and another guitarist added to the band as well, Andrej Šeban, who is arguably the best Slovak guitarist of the nineties. Ursiny even started writing lyrics, as he had a lot to say, reflecting his feelings and life, because he battled with cancer.

Cestou na poštu pre balíček knih An ok, opener, although the track is very similar to midtempo tracks from his last few records. The melody is just average as well. At least Ursiny plays some nice uderstated guitar lines. The bassplayer Aleš Charvát also sounds very much like Vladimír Kaššay on the last few albums. 3 stars

Neviem si nič vymyslieť After an opening marching rhytm of the drums, the melody comes in, and it is very similar to the previous one and Ursiny´ s singing on this one isn´t that great either. 2 stars

Spojenie uprostred týždňa A tad faster, but mostly similar to the previous tracks, with a weak melody and vocal performance. Šeban´s blazing guitar solo doesn´t msake things better. 2 stars

Vlčí sen More of the same here, but this time Šeban´s guitar playiing is so fabulous that the points are higher. Ursiny´s singing is also more exprssive, and this one is definitely the best track so far. Šeban´s slide guitar sounds so similar to Gilmour it ia almost unbelievable and it fits in well. 4 stars

Veľká vlaková lúpež A marvelous track. Great vocal performance from Ursiny and the track is atmospheric and relaxed. There is even organ to enhance the sound. One of the best tracks on the album. 5 stars

Zvláštna škola Again similar to the preceeding tracks on thi album as well as the few one last ones. Rather monotonous and repetitive. Šeban´s typically loud rock guitar is disturbing on this one, 1 star

Spojenie počas ľahkého jarného pôstu Again repetitive. 1 star

Pobehaj The vocal performance is one is horrible, probably the worst ever by Ursiny. It is also repetitive again. 0 stars

Darčeky The wonderful, melody with organ evocating the image Christmas opens the (The song is called "Gifts") startss off the track, but soon changes into a typical late period Ursiny track, but not into one of the best. Both the melody as well as the mood are again very similar to the previous tracks. 2 stars.

Ďaleké vodné zviera A perfect vocal melody with one of Ursiny´s best performances on the records and an evocative, captivating atmosphere. The band plays spare, but tight. Rudolf Bŕezina adds a fine, jazzy solo on the flute- A great track to close the first disc of the album. 5 stars

CD 2

Hovor mi do ucha A modern sounding track, with a fine rhytm section, raw vocals from Ursiny and great guitarplaying from Andrej Šeban, although a bit too metal like for my taste. The melody is really fine and hypnotizing. 4 stars

Veľké jarné upratovanie More relaxed, with a good melody again and great cooperation between Šeban and Ursiny on guitar. 5 stars

Harakiri A fine vocals performance by Ursiny, but overall the track is based on a fine melody ,but it´s too repetitive. Šeban plays a noteworthy solo on acoustic guitar. 3.5

Predposledná večera Darker in mood, with a catchy main motif based on keyboards with guitar. 4 stars

Prosba Sounds repetitive, with a melody too similar to the previous track, without enhancing it noticeably. 2.5 stars

Prepáč, že ti napovedám Funkier, with marvelous percussion from Frátrik and great bass from Aleš Charvát, but the melody is not even average and gets boring after awhile. 2 stars

Spojenie na konci mája A slow, atmospheric song, but the melody itself is not that great, even if better than on the previous one. 2.5 stars

Vzývanie rodnej sestry The song is based mostly upon Ursiny´s singing (which is very good on this one) and piano playing from Jaroslav Filip. Obviously, the song is better than the last few and one of the highlights on this disc. Rudolf Březina adds a fine saxophone solo. 4 stars

Problém A slow song. The melody is gorgeous, with crystaline piano from Jaroslav Filip and fine vocals. 5 stars

Niečo pre zasmiatie, niečo pre posmech Nothing to make the track stand out.At least Březina plays a nice flute solo. Much like the songs before. 3 stars.

Vyzliekanie A oleasant funky rhytm, but the melody is average at best. The interchanging solos between Kroczek and Šeban are great, though. 2.5 stars

Samá chyba The same as the previous track, but without impressive soloing. 2 stars

Spojenie uprostred jesene The melody is repetitive, but so marvelous and evocative that it is hard to give a lower rating. 5 stars

Ten istý tanec Another evocative track with great piano playing from Jaroslav Filip. However, the melody is average, and repetitive, even if the jazzy flavour and flute playing is fine. 3 stars

Overall rating: 3 STARS

GOOD, BUT NON-ESSENTIAL
