3 stars What, more Motorpsycho albums? Over the course of their 20-plus year career, over 30 releases. Sure, some of the were EPs, but them as long as other people's full-length efforts. I could understand if they were a large ensemble with a multitude of songwriters, but no, it seems that Bent Saether is responsible for the bulk of their creative output. Well, what have these Norwegian musical chameleons have cooked up for us this time? It appears to be another one in their line of for-fans releases exploring the late 60s sound of compressed-sounding, bass-heavy, bluesy rock'n'roll with a strong jam feel. Songs range between booming bluesy numbers and more poppy ones with a tint of psychedelia. Nothing too special or progressive, but would great in a live setting and fans should grab it anyway.
