5 stars This album is a rare moment when a colaboration represents the zenith for both artists envolved in it. A Barca do Sol had two excellent albuns behind them and Olivia Byington was a newcomer singer among a great wave of new female singers in Brazil that appeared in the last 1970's years. A Barca blended in their sound prog, folk, MPB (Música Popular Brasileira) and other styles in a way that only Secos & Molhados have done before, but with an unique approach. Adding the gifted Olivia's soprano to their recipe was a truly genius trick, their old songs seemed to be crafted for her and the new ones turned into some of the best in their catalogue. This is a distinctive gem of Brazilian music and ranks with our greatest progressive records of any time.
