4 stars Pretty impressive for a debut album and you have all ingredients for a successful progressive metal album - good playing, ambitious compositions and high quality vocals. We have symphonic, heavy metal and modern rock even funky grooves which goes beyond a normal progressive metal would accept. Vocal side of things is particularly well represent with multiple male and female vocals. There are no mundane colourless songs, all of them have a spark of ideas. Perhaps comparing to other progressive metal bands, guitar is not so dominant as there are quite a lot of strings, vocals and keyboards around. Soloing is decent but too egocentric. Most of songs are melodic and memorable. Let's not forget competent drumming with a handful or irregular rhythms and nice fill-ins.

This is a prototype of modern progressive metal that fits into 2013.
