Typical neo-progressive band. This is their second album with a new lead singer. They didn't really have one on their first album which made it rather weak as far as vocals are concerned. The Killing Silence is well executed and produced. The only thing I find annoying is the sound of the electric guitar. Luckily, the album is more keyboard oriented. Interesting to listen to if you like Pendragon and the like.
