5 stars It's not my favourite J & V album (Short Stories is better) but it has some great tracks on it. There is definitely a more pronounced eighties influence on this album but the production of the music is just great. It starts off with 'I'll find my way home' which offers a nice initial hook into the album. 'State of Independence' never grows old. It is an amazing song and has been covered numerous times. The J & V version is the best of course!

Every song is crafted electronic/ambient pop. My least favourite is 'Back to School', which sounds like new age/rock n roll (What??) 'Outside of this (Inside of that)' is absolutely sublime.
