2 stars Another solid album by the hard rock kings! The Rain Song is very inspiring, and interesting. The Song Remains the Same is always fun, but kind of empty. Unlike other Zeppelin releases, I can easily listen to just about every track here without moaning or skipping. No Quarter was possibly Zeppelin's most artistic attempt ever, and I, myself, am very pleased with the result. But because of its simplicity (compared to pure prog bands), and its lack of a genuine artistic disposition, this album fails to please utterly.
