3 stars This basically sounds like a cross between Rush and some 80's synth dominated semiprog. rock. Not a bad mixture really and I have high regards about mainman Oliver Philips songwriting skills. The atmosphere on this album is pretty melancholic especially due to the fact that quite few of the songs deal with broken relationships. The big minus for me about Everon has always been the vocals. The melodies are strong but there is something about this German (or is it Belgian?) dialect that's putting me of. Sad because the music is super. All in all this is probably my favorite Everon album.
