5 stars You have got to listen to this CD to believe it. Not once but many times. People who throw this on their CD player and give it a listen then try to judge it just will NOT be able to be fair. This is extremely technical and layered music that is some of the best classical- progressive rock I have heard in my life. Yes it is a bit dark but so were VDGG, King Crimson and definitly Magma at times. This music is NOT neo-prog in the least. The melodies are subtle and do not slap you in the face with repetitiveness. This is pure progressive with many changes in tempo, styles and rhythms. This is extremely serious music that deserves repeated listens but if you do you will be rewarded with majestic melodies and songs full of power and beauty as well as pain and suffering. Very much in the early 70's Genesis style but with much more technical musicianship. Dense songwriting yes, but extremely rewarding. These are the type of songs that will never get boring or old. Thank you Citizen Cain!
