LIVE IN TOKYO

This used to be hard to find "live" cd of the Mark 2 lineup of Wishbone Ash. Initially only released in Japan on vinyl features great versions of F.U.B.B. and The Way Of The World. Since, it has been released on CD by Enigmatic Records in 2010. Originally recorded when the band were playing live at Tokyo Sun Plaza in Japan, on November 10th and 15th, 1978; during their No Smoke Without Fire tour. It is a great addition to the Live Ash collection. The sound is very good, it is a shame that the entire concert was not released. It is a great companion to the "Live in London 1978" from the same tour. That one has a total of 8 tracks on it 3 of which appear on the Tokyo release: "The Way Of The World"; "You See Red" & "Blowin' Free". Despite doubling-up on those 3 tracks it is still enjoyable to combine the two for one "more complete" performance, since the performances differ on the two releases.
