Kingsnake
3 stars Not bad at all, this one.

The first record featuring a humoristic song, courtesy of Richard Sinclair. This record has it all, rock, disco-influenced pop, fusion, some nice spacey instrumentals and of course a humorrock song named Down On The Farm.

On this record the flutes are mostly played by Mel Collins instead of Andy Latimer, wich is hardly noticable.

The fusion influenced tracks Echoes and The Sleeper are really awesome.

The disco-pop of Summer Lightning works suprisngly well and features one of Andy's most beautiful guitarsolos.

The last record featuring both Richard Sinclair and Peter Bardens this is aswell the last album recorded as a true band.

Just try this one, you might like it.
