3 stars This album didn't left me breathless, but still...

'Breathless', 'Wing and a Prayer', 'Starlight Ride' and 'You Make me Smile' aren't very interesting, but they don't sound unpleasant, though. Summer Lightning starts a bit poppy, but the guitar solo at the end of the song is magnificent. Echoes and Sleepers are most enjoyable. Down on the farm is a song which I personally like because of it's stupidity. The sound is actually still quite good. There are a few AOR synths now and then, but there is no IMO dull eighties monotonous heavily manipulated snaredrumsound which can be heard on 'Nude'.

This record is certainly not Camel's best, but certainly worth a few spins.
