3 stars Jethro Tull has always been a touchy subject for me. I recognize the group's ability to create with a lot of diversity. But except "Aqualung" and "Stand Up", I can't quite appreciate the rest of the production; in this case I'm not hooked at all by "Thick As A Brick". However, the artistic performance is undeniable and indisputable. The composition is varied with many tempo changes but I believe that the length of the pieces penalizes the whole. Shorter pieces would certainly have appealed to me more. Despite several listenings, I never managed to listen to everything without skipping musical tracks. That said and as mentioned above, I must salute the performance. I therefore give 3 stars.
