4 stars Well, this compilation is a great introduction to Queensryche, but I am not really happy with the chosen songs on this Greatest Hits album. Ok, the biggest hits of the band are included here, but some really great epics like "Suite Sister Mary" or "Roads To Madness" are missed there. This should be a double album, to be a perfect compilation! The full band version of "Someone Else?" is a superbly chosen bonus track and so "Greatest Hits" is a great addition for fans of the band who still have all albums in their collection, too! Also for new listeners this is a good introduction, but there are too many great songs by this band to have just this "Greatest Hits" compilation, so you must buy the first EP (1983) and the first five albums at least!
