4 stars This is the 2nd Conqueror album but 'Storie Fuori Dal Tempo' (eng: 'Stories Out Of Time') is another story respect to 'Istinto'.

In this album there were some changes: new bassplayer (Fabio Ucchino), new axeman (Tino Nastasi) and Sabrina Rigano arrived on flute and sax. This album was published by Ma.Ra.Cash Records.

With no Neoclassical moments 'Storie Fuori Dal Tempo' is a melodic album, in the tradition of melodic RPI. But, I'm sincere, not conquest me.

The long suite 'Morgana' is sure good as other songs but I must say that in 'Storie Fuori Dal Tempo' I have not found the magic and feeling that is present in 'Istinto'. Probably the evolution of Conqueror was hastened by changes in line-ups that have been made at the time. Yet 'Storie Fuori Dal Tempo' is a superior album, potentially attributable in 'masterpiece' category. Certainly here is missing the sweet aggression presente in 'Istinto' (due to the Neoclassical elements).

However, if this is an album that won me over completely... Do you think this means that 'Storie Fuori Dal Tempo' not please me? Hmm... Honestly liked very much me 'Storie Fuori Dal Tempo'. Only that the flaws that I have described are used to better judge this very good album!
