3 stars Sleepers at the Edge of Time is well over an hour of airy, ambient drones, most likely constructed as an accompaniment into the "dream world". Like Phrozenlight's other ambient works, the empty drones are assisted by metallic resonances that drift into the soundscape from afar. Occasional dreamy glistening effects shine through in intermittent crescendos that slowly pulse in otherworldly excitement. Sleepers at the Edge of Time is a pleasant listen, but the two tracks that form this 73-minute listening experience go on for a bit too long in my opinion, and both tracks could easily be the same.

For sitting down and listening to this album as an album would be hard to do, but listening to this music as an ambient backdrop for use as a sleeping aid would be much more fitting.
