ELECTRONIC MEDITATION

What can be said about an album in which Conrad Schnitzler is listed as playing, in addition to cello and electronics, a TYPEWRITER? This is an amazing album from start to finish. The organ work gets easily surpassed on Zeit but Journey Through a Burning Brain's organ evokes some melancholic feelings and is a beautiful piece. Listening to Froese's guitar, it is easy to see that he is a very talented and would get even better as the years went by. Genesis is a good guitar song but Cold Smoke is superb. Not the best album for commuting back and forth to work, but I do it anyway. Full blast with the windows open :)
