This is where Kansas meets Toto and REO Speedwagon. Good bye Steve Walsh and hello to John Elefante. While John is not a bad singer, Steve Walsh IS the voice of Kansas and always will be. Not a terrible album, but if there is any prog here I can't find it. Add the worst cover of any Kansas album. Ugly. Best song. Maybe "Play the Game". I suppose. Maybe not as bad as the followup but on par with POWER. Or a little below since POWER had Steve. 2 stars. Maybe really 1.75
