This is how I like my 'heavy rock'(metal?), i.e. I'm not an AC/DC fan or their ilk. Not into a bunch of anthemic sreaming done very very loud, with little in the way of a melody. This album has great tunes, lots of energy. Highway star has to be one of the best songs of this genre. This album was very popular in the USA back in the mid 70's. A landmark album, their best, although 'Fireball' is also around this calibre.
