This album was a suprise for me when it came out 11 years after Ocean-2.

Despite its title and artwork, Ocean-2 had nothing to share with the original album.

So I was first a little bit dubitative before listenning to the album. The result is more than pleasant. Their best effort since... Time to turn.

Visionary was recorded as part of trilogy with Planets & Time to turn which both were recorded back in 1980/81.

Eloy succeeds in a way that Visionnary fits exactly with its predecessors. The musical similarities are obvious and if you listen (as I did) Visionnary behind the others, you could think that the album was recorded just after... Back to the future...
