1 stars This album succeeded in telling a story and failed to make good music. The story is about rise and fall of the Paradise Theater in its 40 years or so lifetime. Good idea for a good album. But an album should be conceived musically and Styx could not strike anything memorable here. Some pieces are so poppy that I can't even recall how they sounded and I don't want to hear them anymore. The hit-pop song of this album was Too Much Time On my Hand. Rockin the Paradise is a nice rock number. All other songs are so so. You may live without this album in your collection.
