4 stars Perfect Strangers is a very solid album. No more, no less. No one track to me stands out, but no track to me is weak. They are all just solid. If I had to pick the stand out tracks for somebody to listen to, I would probably pick the kick off track Knocking At Your Back Door, and Perfect Strangers. They are the more interesting songs, while the others, are more straight ahead deep purple rock that made deep purple deep purple. A very good album. Highly recommended.
