ANTHOLOGY 3

The third of a trilogy of alternative and previously unreleased Beatles material. These three dubble-CDs are a quite interesting historical documents together with the accompanying booklets and just because of that worthy of the admission price.

The last of the series, this one covers the time from 1968 to the split 1970. As it is from ther studio era it's mostly studio outtakes. In the beginning are some recordings of draft versions of the White Album songs, recorded while The Beatles were in India. Quite a few tracks are from the Let It Be sessions too. There's also one recoding of their gig at the roof of Apple Corps Ltd, 'Get Back', the last one they played before the police told them to quit.
