3 stars This concert, at the beginning of the 80-81 european tour, is interesting on different points. First, a lot of material was unreleased at this time. It contains no passages from the last studio album, "Tangram". Second, some future tracks are in gestation here, like "Choronzon" and "Calymba Caly". Third, it features never offically released tracks, such as the pulsating "Silver Scale / Horns of Doom". The sound quality is quite good.

Although the perfomance is globally nice, there are weaker passages proving the band was still working on new tracks. "Objective II" and "Undulation Part 2" are not very useful. The piano improvisation "Grange Park" is enjoyable, nothing more. "Football Museum" concludes the concert with some nice guitar from Froese.

During the tour, the playlist will be roughly identical, with a changing piano improvisation in the first set. If you're interested, I'll rather recommend "Paris - February 2nd 1981": matured tracks and little more variety, with very good sound quality.
