2 stars An other confused album from Art Zoyd. "Art Zoyd / J.A. Deane / J. Greinke" constitutes bizarre symphonic "electronic" orchestration, delivering pompous, grandiose and creepy industrial sounds. This music sometimes looks like a soundtrack for a bad "horror" movie. This large collective of musicians clearly try to translate atonal orchestrations to electronic noise compositions. The result is stranger than beautiful. Art Zoyd's approach has remained within the territories of chamber rock with abundant semi-indus textures and pseudo-classical arrangements. Their sound turns to something heavy, massive, supporting rather mysterious dialogues between the instruments. Slightly intriguing but no surprise.
