5 stars There's no better introduction to the Quebec progressive rock scene than this 2 CD set. What I would recommend for a good helping of Quebec prog.rock is this set, Octobre 2 CD set, the Pollen CD, Et Cetera CD, first four Maneige CDs, Morse Code's "Marche Des Hommes", 2 Sloche CDs, L'Orchestre Sympathique CD, VEBB's "complete" 2 CD(Ville Émard Blues Band) and Harmonium's "Si On Avait Besoin D'Une Cinquieme Saison". That's all you really need for Quebec prog.rock as this double set will fill in the blanks. Voivod and The Box have carried on the flame proudly since the halcyon days of the '70s scene. I can't think of anywhere on the planet where Gentle Giant were most respected than in the province of Quebec. A highly recommended 2CD set for both newbies and fans alike.
