4 stars Wow, lovely!

ANDREW DOUGLAS ROTHBARD is a multi-instrumentalist in his inner psychedelia. His "unconcealed" acoustic guitar solo is the basis, with lots of instrumental sounds with special effects or into reverse, and his dimly obscure voices - all sounds and effects are matured with each other and gush out mysterious flavour.

The amazing thing is that all his sounds should be swaying, trembling, rolling and twisting simultaneously together - the sound motion is not only dreamy but also dry & serious. Did he make this work with imagining what? If his brain were in "this" world, he could not paint his psychedelia with some primary colors. However, I guess, he should paint a psychedelic picture as he wanted to, and should check and fix this confusing stuff into the musically theoretical one. His work is, that's why, so strict and melodious, not lazy and freaky, like the title "Abandoned Meander". I wanna say he could produce an amusement park and his sounds are playing leisurely there - on a merry-go-round or a Ferris wheel, not on a roller coaster. :-)

Highly recommended as a psychedelia directly into our brain.
